Olivia was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Global Head of Neuroscience and Aesthetics in April 2025.
She leads Ipsen’s global Neuroscience and Aesthetics business, driving strategy and execution across both areas.
Olivia brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in pharmaceuticals and medical aesthetics, with a strong track record in business transformation, market expansion, and product launches. Most recently, she was at Novartis, where she led the establishment of a new therapeutic area in Allergy & Immunology. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Merz Aesthetics and Galderma.
She holds an MBA from City St. George’s, University of London, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.
