Laura Réveillon

Laura Réveillon, PhD joined Ipsen on 14 May 2025 as EVP, Strategy & Transformation.

Laura drives the processes of corporate strategy & long-range strategic plan, as well as contributing to the definition of the long-term vision for the Group while monitoring and supporting the execution of Ipsen’s strategic roadmap.

Laura brings over 20 years of experience across consulting and operational leadership in the healthcare sector. She started her career at 3M as part of the Healthcare vertical (now called Solventum) holding roles in business development and product management. She later joined BCG where she has had a long career in leadership positions before being appointed Partner in 2022. Laura has led global, transformational projects across aesthetics, therapeutics and generics portfolios focusing on value creation both organically as well as through M&A and carve-outs.

Laura holds a degree in Business administration (Dipl-Kffr) and a PhD by the University of Essen, Germany.
