Pierrick Lefranc

Pierrick was appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Technical Operations in April 2026.

Pierrick brings over thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a recognized track record of leadership in manufacturing operations, engineering, and large-scale strategic transformation at companies such as Sanofi, Stallergenes, and Septodont.

He joined Ipsen in 2013 as Senior Technical Director and was appointed Head of the Signes Site in 2016. From 2019, Pierrick served as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations at Ipsen, where he led the company’s worldwide manufacturing network overseeing internal and external production, engineering, and operational excellence, while actively contributing to the execution of Ipsen’s global industrial strategy.

He holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise & Finance Management from Institut Français de Gestion (Paris ICG) and an Executive MBA in Organization Management from the University of Paris Nanterre.
