Jesse Siegel

Jesse brings a collaborative spirit to Ipsen's mission of delivering innovative medicines to patients while ensuring that integrity remains at the heart of how we work.

Jesse leads Ipsen’s Business Ethics function across the Americas. In this role, he partners with teams throughout the organization to foster a culture of ethical decision-making, accountability, and trust. He believes that business success and ethical conduct go hand in hand and works with his team to ensure that Ipsen’s compliance program continues to evolve alongside the changing healthcare landscape. Together with his team, Jesse helps enable responsible growth while safeguarding the integrity of Ipsen’s operations across North and South America.

Jesse joined Ipsen in 2020 as a member of the North America Legal Department, where he supported assets across Ipsen’s oncology, neuroscience, and rare disease therapeutic areas, as well as the company’s patient support program. Before joining Ipsen, he partnered with commercial and medical affairs teams at EMD Serono, advising on issues related to promotion, scientific exchange, and healthcare compliance. Earlier in his career, Jesse practiced at a Boston-based law firm, representing pharmaceutical companies and executives in government investigations and enforcement matters.

Jesse earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. He is passionate about helping teams make confident, principled decisions that support both patients and sustainable business success.
