Dr. Agnes Lteif is Senior Vice President, Head of Medical Affairs and Regulatory for North America at Ipsen. She brings over a decade of leadership experience across the U.S. and global markets, with deep expertise in oncology and rare diseases.

Her career is distinguished by a strong track record in medical strategy and execution, cross-functional collaboration, external stakeholder engagement and talent development.

Prior to joining Ipsen, Dr. Lteif served as Vice President, Head of Solid Tumors at Novartis US Medical Affairs, where she led the launch of Kisqali in early breast cancer and drove its turnaround in advanced breast cancer. She represented U.S. Medical Affairs on the Global Oncology Development Unit Leadership Team and contributed to search and evaluation efforts across multiple therapeutic areas. Her previous roles in Global Medical Affairs and Emerging Markets included leadership in lifecycle management, clinical trial execution across breast, lung, renal cell carcinoma and neuroendocrine tumors, as well as initiatives in field medical excellence.

Dr. Lteif earned her Doctor of Medicine degree with distinction from the University of Balamand and holds an MBA with a focus on global strategy from the American University of Beirut, where she was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma international honor society.

She is passionate about advancing patient care through innovation, collaboration and scientific excellence.
