Lindy Wallick is an established leader recognized for building collaborative, patient-centered organizations that combine strategic vision with disciplined execution.
Lindy joined Ipsen in July 2026 as Senior Vice President, Head Rare Disease Business Unit. She joins from Alexion, AstraZeneca’s rare disease business unit, where she led the hematology and nephrology commercial teams. Lindy also previously served as the Business Unit Lead for Meta+, where she was responsible for record-setting growth across rare and ultra rare conditions in metabolics and rare tumors. Prior to Alexion, Lindy was a senior leader at Sanofi, leading the US Hemophilia business. At Sanofi, she was also previously the global commercial lead for Gaucher, responsible for global market expansion and the global launch of a new oral treatment. Before Sanofi, Lindy was with Baxter/Baxalta/Shire for 10 years in various commercial leadership positions of increasing responsibility across a range of rare and acute conditions in the US, Europe and Canada.
Lindy holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
