Andreas Gerber

Andreas joined Ipsen in September 2025.

Andreas brings more than 25 years of experience in both the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries in leadership roles across category, commercial strategy and operations. He has held country, regional and global roles with a strong track record of leading significant transformation and acceleration projects across markets and therapeutic areas. He started his career at Procter & Gamble, leading marketing teams for several of their best-selling brands. He then moved to Johnson & Johnson where he has been working for the last 16 years. He started as GM for their Consumer Health business in Austria and quickly grew into different strategic and operational roles, from Regional Head for Near East, Maghreb and Sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing more than 30 countries within their different businesses, to Managing Director Germany, leading Johnson & Johnson’s largest affiliate outside the US. Most recently, Andreas served as the Worldwide Vice President for Global Oncology at J&J.

Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management at Koblenz, in Germany.
