Pauline Watrice

Pauline Watrice began her career in 2010 at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she progressed through several roles of increasing responsibility, starting as Executive Assistant, then HR Coordinator, and later Head of Learning & Development for the French affiliate. These formative experiences fueled her passion for developing people, supporting leaders, and building strong, purpose driven teams.

Pauline joined Ipsen in 2022 and, over the past four years, has partnered closely with leaders across the organization. In her most recent role as Global HR Business Partner for GPPS, Neurosciences and International, she supported executive teams and contributed to key global initiatives in leadership development, organizational growth, and talent strategy. Her work has connected her with colleagues across multiple countries and cultures—an aspect of her career she deeply values.

Pauline holds an MBA in International Human Resources Management.

As she steps into the role of HR Director, Canada, Pauline brings both a global perspective and hands on HR expertise to support Ipsen Canada in its next chapter. She is excited to partner with teams locally and further strengthen the culture, leadership, and talent development efforts across the organization.
