Every year our employees in Canada participate in a Day of Service, focusing on—and working side-by-side with—organizations that help lift up our local communities.
Ipsen in Motion
Ipsen in Motion is our internal program promoting the health of all employees while raising money for worthwhile causes. With over 1,000+ employees participating worldwide each year, Ipsen makes a significant impact on local charities. In 2023, our Canadian team tackled a fitness challenge with such enthusiasm that it resulted in a €10,000 donation to a Canadian environmental charity.
Supporting International Health Partners
We recently outperformed our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria in the revolving credit facility, leading to a donation of €70,000 to International Health Partners, a charity supporting people in some of the world’s most challenging places to get the medicines they need.
Diverse workforce in an inclusive organization
Ipsen is committed to promoting gender balance at all levels of our organization. In 2024, 46.2% of our Executive Leadership team and 57.2% of our Global Leadership team are women. A diverse mix of around 80 nationalities also enriches our organization and contributes to our global perspective.
