We will respond within thirty (30) days or inform you in writing if we need more time. A reasonable administrative fee may apply; we will notify you of the amount in advance. If we refuse a request, we will provide the reasons for refusal. We will process your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within the timelines prescribed by law.
