(\u201cIpsen,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) may collect the following categories of Consumer Health Data from Consumers: <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individual health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social, psychological, behavioral, and medical interventions; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health-related surgeries or procedures; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use or purchase of prescribed medication; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bodily functions, vital signs, symptoms, or measurements related to health; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnoses or diagnostic testing, treatment, or medication; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reproductive or sexual health information; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precise location information that could reasonably indicate a consumer&#8217;s attempt to acquire or<strong> <\/strong>receive health services or supplies; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data that identifies a Consumer seeking health care services; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health-related data that have been derived or inferred from the above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We may collect and use the above-mentioned categories of Consumer Health Data for the following purposes:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To perform the services or provide the goods you have requested;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure the security and integrity of our Website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To monitor the quality and safety of our products and services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contextual advertising; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Targeted advertising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.
