Ipsen is proud to offer our employees and eligible dependents a comprehensive benefits program that meets the diverse needs of our population. Because the overall health and well-being of our employees is important to us, we subsidize the overall cost of our benefits programs well above industry norms. The broad range of benefits that we offer includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending accounts and voluntary life insurance plans.
In addition, the company provides life and accidental death and dismemberment Insurance and both short – and long-term disability insurance, as well as some ancillary benefits, at no additional cost.
