Ipsen has been running an annual patient organisation survey since 2021 to gather feedback on their satisfaction with interactions with Ipsen. To do this, we hold advisory sessions and conduct comprehensive patient experience mapping and data generation in partnership with patient communities. For example, for understanding the reality of living with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), Ipsen collaborated with PBC patient organisations in the U.K., U.S., Germany, Canada and Israel, to co-create, validate, and publish the first patient experience map in PBC.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n                                                                            <\/div>\n
