Ipsen has been running an annual patient organization survey since 2021 to gather feedback on their satisfaction with interactions with Ipsen. With responses from 85 patient organizations, we received an overall satisfaction rating of 8.7\/10 in 2023. patients&#8217; perspectives at every stage of the medicine development process, starting with early discovery research in our laboratories. To do this, we hold advisory sessions and conduct comprehensive patient experience mapping and data generation in partnership with patient communities.
