Bei Anfragen zu beh\u00f6rdlich genehmigtem Schulungsmaterial erfolgt die Verarbeitung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c) DSGVO i.\u00a0V.\u00a0m. \u00a7 63b Abs. 2 Nr. 5 AMG bzw. \u00a7 75i Abs. 2 Nr. 4 AMG AT, jeweils i.\u00a0V.\u00a0m. der Guideline on good pharmacovigilance practices (GVP) Module V \u2013 Risk management systems und Guideline on good pharmacovigilance practices (GVP) Module XVI \u2013 Risk minimisation measures: selection of tools and effectiveness indicators. Sollten Sie uns im Rahmen der Arzneimittelsicherheit besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten von Patient*innen (z. B. Sofern Sie im Rahmen Ihrer Anfrage die Zusendung von Informationsmaterial (Brosch\u00fcren) w\u00fcnschen, beauftragt Ipsen die Company 4 Marketing Services GmbH, (Registernummer: HRB 102480), gem\u00e4\u00df den Gesetzen Deutschlands organisiert und bestehend, mit Sitz in Carl-Zeiss-Ring 21, 85737 Ismaning, Deutschland (nachfolgend \u201eC4\u201c genannt) als Dienstleister und Auftragsverarbeiter zur Versendung des Informationsmaterials.<\/p>\n<p>Nur Besch\u00e4ftigte von Ipsen oder autorisierten Dienstleistern (PPG, Diapharm, C4, Movianto, Anju, Juris, Virion), bei denen ein relevantes und konkretes Bed\u00fcrfnis zur Kenntnis Ihrer Daten vorliegt, haben Zugang zu ihnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ipsen-Team der Arzneimittelsicherheit\/Pharmakovigilanz, die Besch\u00e4ftigten oder Dienstleister, die am Prozess zur Meldung von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen beteiligt sind<\/li>\n<li>Ipsen-Team der medizinischen Information, die Besch\u00e4ftigten und Dienstleister, die bei der Bereitstellung der von Ihnen angefragten medizinischen Informationen beteiligt sind<\/li>\n<li>Audit-Abteilung, die Besch\u00e4ftigten, die die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen<\/li>\n<li>Besch\u00e4ftigte oder Dienstleister, die zur Bearbeitung von Produktbeanstandungen zust\u00e4ndig sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es handelt sich folglich nicht um eine \u201eoffene\u201c Datenbank, die f\u00fcr jeden innerhalb der Organisation von Ipsen oder der Dienstleister zug\u00e4nglich w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n<p>Empf\u00e4nger der Daten k\u00f6nnen somit auch von Ipsen autorisierte Dienstleister sein:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auftragsverarbeiter (Dienstleister der Arzneimittelsicherheit zur Meldung von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen bzw. der Medizin zur Bereitstellung von medizinischen Informationen), die im Auftrag und unter der Verantwortung von Ipsen handeln. Eine Liste der Auftragsverarbeiter kann auf Anfrage eingesehen werden.<\/li>\n<li>An der Nachsorge des*der Patient*in beteiligtes Gesundheitspersonal, weitere Vertreter*innen des Gesundheitswesens oder Spezialist*innen, die weitere Informationen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Daten (ausgenommen hiervon sind personenbezogene Daten, die die betroffene Person direkt identifizieren k\u00f6nnen) werden zudem an folgende Empf\u00e4nger weitergegeben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dritte, deren Arzneimittel, Ger\u00e4te oder Produkte betroffen sein k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Bewertung eines Arzneimittels zust\u00e4ndige Stellen<\/li>\n<li>Zust\u00e4ndige Beh\u00f6rden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Sie betreffenden Daten, k\u00f6nnen auch wichtigen, mit Ipsen zusammenarbeitenden Drittunternehmen zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden, um diese bei der Verwaltung der Datenzentralisierung und des Datenhostings zu unterst\u00fctzen.
