Kendra Baillie
Director, Human Resources, Ipsen Canada
Kendra Baillie joined Ipsen Canada in 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience in human resources and communications at private and public sector organizations. As Director, Human Resources, Kendra provides strategic HR guidance, leads the implementation of full-cycle HR activities, and is responsible for enhancing company culture to achieve high levels of employee engagement and wellness. In addition to being a member of the Ipsen Canada Leadership Team, she is also a key member of the North American Human Resources Leadership Teams.
Before joining Ipsen Canada, Kendra held positions of increasing responsibility in human resources at Celgene, GlaxoSmithKline and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
Kendra has a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) Designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association, a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Applied Studies and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
